YOUR TASKS:

- Developing and maintaining data pipelines to process and deliver enterprise data
- Optimising and managing MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases for high performance and scalability
- Creating and maintaining ETL processes to integrate data from different sources
- Further development of the data warehouse to provide reliable and consistent data for analyses
- Analysis and elimination of performance problems in SQL queries and data structures
- Collaboration with data analysts and developers to provide data models for reporting and analyses
- Automation of recurring data processes to ensure efficiency and stability.

Your tasks:

•Troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs on the various systems in our warehouse and office building at the Sottrum site.
•Planning the deployment of external teams of craftsmen and technicians.
•Controlling and monitoring the services provided with regard to adherence to schedules, costs and quality
•Preparation and execution of quotations
•Contact person for employees and customers with questions about building technology

Your tasks:

•Support the digitalisation process - our goal is a paperless office.
•Help with the integration of sustainability practices into operational processes
•Support and editing of our Eco Vadis CSR Report incl. creation or continuation of the data structure and process flows
•Supporting our Marketing and Purchasing departments in e.g. maintaining product information
•Support in the implementation and introduction of database solutions;
with appropriate programming skills, ideas can also be incorporated independently (optional)
•Recording, documentation and analysis of process flows
•Creation of company templates (company stationery, marketing material)

Your tasks:

•Part of the upcoming logistics projects, e.g. further development of our new digital warehouse management system.
•Design of concepts, process illustrations and preparation of reporting in logistics
•Support in the administration of contracts with customers and service providers and execution of the related correspondence

Your tasks:

•Support in IT support with the processing of user enquiries
•Analysis and solution of technical problems to optimise our IT system landscape
•Participation as a full member in current (in-house) projects
•Contributing to, creating and managing concepts, project documents and presentations
•Supporting the implementation and introduction of database solutions; with appropriate programming skills, ideas can also be incorporated independently (optional)

Your tasks:

•Supervision and processing of all sustainability topics with interface tasks and in coordination with the specialist managers
•Continuation of an already implemented practice-oriented CSR report
•Preparation and follow-up of meetings and workshops on the topic of CSR
•CSR communication
•You will be responsible for researching and preparing relevant CSR topics.
